  • Overview

    The Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst will support the Executive team, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance departments of the $600M non-injectable business unit by synthesizing and translating data into business reports.  Specifically, the Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst will own select monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting requests.  This role can lead to many career paths within the growing organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and improve standardized templates for both internal and external reporting.
    • Update and maintain a monthly reporting package for the Executive team.
    • Disseminate reports according to the department calendar.
    • Track and report wins and losses on a monthly basis.
    • Assist with the preparation of customer business reviews.
    • Prepare informative, impactive and action oriented PowerPoint slides, as required.
    • Perform ad-hoc analyses.
    • Prepare and maintain work instructions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Business required (MBA preferred).
    • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience; generic pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable.
    • Advanced analytical and research skills.
    • Expertise in Excel including pivot tables and integrating and consolidating large volumes of data from various sources. Experience with automation and macros/visual basic/access a plus.
    • Ability to prepare slides in PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail oriented and quick learner.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Flexible team player and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
