  • Overview


                    Applies principles of finance to analyze and report past and present financial operations, estimates future revenues, expenditures & cash flows.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Contributes towards financial modeling to support company’s long-range planning. Such as collecting & analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimates and realized revenues, administrative commitments and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.
    • Conducts analysis necessary to understand current business activity both departmentally and revenue specific.
    • Responsible for analyzing and maintaining specific Gross-to-Net reserves on a monthly basis.
    • Daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting (i.e. Actual vs. prior Actual and Actual vs. Budget)
      • Daily Net Sales Flash.
      • YTD Product Contribution.
      • Monthly Board of Directors Package.
    • Monthly Management Reporting
      • Detailed Revenue and Expense Reporting.
    • Assist with management discussion and analysis monthly package.
    • Supervise and guide a financial analyst and ensure knowledge sharing.
    • Job description may change but within the FP&A capacity to adjust to business needs.

      • Bachelor’s degree in business fields required, MBA or CMA/CPA is preferred.
      • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
      • Extensive knowledge and mastery of Excel, Word & PowerPoint. 
      • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
